Furthermore, full climate controlled units that regulate temperature and humidity levels are available which are especially important in the Sonoran Desert.

Silverbell Self Storage is located on Silverbell Road just north of Grant Road. The area was determined a critical regional transportation link by Pima County, the City of Tucson, the Town of Marana, and the Regional Transportation Authority. The facility is within the Silverbell Corridor Improvement Project area which is being transformed into a desert parkway with bike lanes, multi-use paths, public transportation improvements, and art installations.
